The Ruffled Cup was created as Amarillo’s first and finest cupcake bakery and now you can find us in Lubbock too. What started as a “little cupcake shop” has now exploded into a full service bakery and sweets shop. We now serve layered cakes, brownies, cookies, bars, sheet cakes, cheesecake, candy, and can even host your child’s birthday party or cater your next big event!

At TRC, we still try to keep it all about the cupcakes. Every day, you will have a minimum of 18 delicious flavors to choose from! We prepare and bake our cupcakes fresh every single day, using our own recipes. We use only the finest ingredients like Madagascar Bourbon Vanilla, sweet cream butter, and Callebaut chocolate from Belgium. Old-fashioned buttercreams and decadent cream cheese frostings are handmade daily for your ultimate cupcake experience.
